They wanted to completely overturn traditional business models within the Australian recruitment Industry by creating a revolutionary recruitment organisation driven by a unique staff driven work culture.

 

Their experiences had seen the majority of recruitment agencies overlook the most important aspects of why they were in business in the first place…their clients, their candidates, and equally as important, their staff.

 

After working in the industry for in excess of 20 years and interviewing many thousands of people, the company founders wanted to build a national Australian owned recruitment business, focusing on a wide discipline of role types, from entry level positions right through to the most senior management.

 

In 2004 this dream became reality.
