The City of Casey is Victoria’s largest and fastest-growing
municipality. It is also the third-fastest in Australia behind
the Gold Coast and Brisbane City Councils
The City of Casey is one of 79 Victorian local councils. It has
an annual budget in excess of $120 million and employs more than
900 staff who deliver a broad range of services to the community.
Situated 40 kilometres south east of Melbourne, Casey boasts
a beautiful and diverse environment, covering around 400 square
kilometres. This diversity is reflected in its five geographic
regions:
Foothills of the Dandenong Ranges (Harkaway,
Lysterfield South, Narre Warren North)
Residential and commercial heart (Berwick,
Cranbourne, Doveton, Endeavour Hills, Hallam, Hampton Park, Narre
Warren)
Urban growth area (Berwick, Cranbourne East,
Cranbourne West, Narre Warren South, Lynbrook, Lyndhurst)
Farm belt (Clyde, Devon Meadows, Five Ways,
Junction Village, Pearcedale)
Coastal villages of Western Port (Blind Bight,
Cannons Creek, Tooradin, Warneet)
