Our Story

Law Support was originally established in July 1997 to provide quality legal support staff.

Seven years on, Law Support has grown to eight consultants, each providing expertise in one of the following areas: Secretarial, Human Resources, Facilities, Marketing, IT, Accounts, Reception, Non-Legal Secretarial and Paralegal. Within these fields we offer a range of solutions to your recruitment needs from Permanent to Temporary and Contract, from junior to senior level.

The depth of our collective experience in legal recruitment means that we have built an expert knowledge of the legal sector and have established many long-term relationships with both clients and candidates alike. It is these long-standing relationships and our consultative approach that we believe lead to our consistent success and which in turn lead to new relationships.

Our Clients

One of the key features of our service is that we tailor our procedures to clients’ needs as we appreciate everyone is different. In the initial stages of our relationship we feel it is important to have face-to-face meetings with you at your offices. This meeting is the starting point of our working relationship and enables us to gain a greater understanding of your needs and the culture of the firm. Depending on your specific requirements, one or more Consultants will be assigned to your account.

As with our clients, we recognise that every candidate has different needs and our first job is to find out as much as possible about you and what you are looking for. From there, we advise you on current market trends and expectations, help to ease the interview process and secure you the job that you want.
