What ACS Stands

ACS is a corporate member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association Ltd (RCSA - the professional body for the recruitment industry). ACS values our membership of the RCSA and views the RCSA code of ethics as our minimum to direct our behaviour and conduct. ACS also regularly participates in industry accredited training.

Prior to the Federal Privacy legislation being enacted, ACS understood the need for tact and confidentiality when dealing with a candidate's details. ACS doesn't operate as a 'resume broadcast bureau'. ACS will only forward details of candidates when we have met, evaluated the 'two way' suitability and gained the candidate's permission. ACS understands the Federal Privacy Legislation and the National Privacy Principles and follows these to ensure the integrity of our candidates and clients.
