Many large organisations offer graduate programs to architects, electricians, project managers, site managers, OHS officers, surveyors and other university-qualified candidates.
Both government and private sector employers advertise for applicants who are in their final year or have recently completed their degrees. These advertisements usually appear many months before the program is due to start.
If you are in your final year of study, you will complete the process while you are at university and enter the graduate program the following year.
The career counselling services at most universities can connect you with graduate employment opportunities and are a good place to start.
