The course was well balanced and structured, with a good mix of theory and practical application. When I completed the course I felt that I had the skills to be successful in my new role. The teachers were very helpful and responsive when I reached out to them. There were some technical issues with the online portal, but these were resolved quickly.

I feel the course content could be revised to include more practical examples. There were components of exercises that weren’t required to be done because it wasn’t being assessed but I felt including these tasks would have us more job ready. The flexibility offered around study/work/family was amazing and I wouldn’t have been able to complete this study without it.
